Abstract
Crisis management and organizational resilience have become critical capabilities for organizations operating in increasingly uncertain and volatile environments. This study examines how organizations prepare for, respond to, and recover from crises while maintaining continuity and long-term sustainability. In the face of disruptions such as economic instability, technological failures, natural disasters, and global health emergencies, effective crisis management is essential for minimizing damage and ensuring organizational survival. components of crisis management, including risk assessment, contingency planning, communication strategies, leadership response, and stakeholder coordination. It highlights that proactive planning and timely decision-making significantly reduce the impact of crises. Organizational resilience, defined as the ability to absorb shocks, adapt to change, and recover quickly, is identified as a complementary concept that strengthens crisis response capabilities. the role of leadership, organizational culture, and learning in building resilience.
