Abstract
The rapid adoption of remote work has significantly transformed organizational productivity and management styles in the modern business environment. Driven by technological advancements and global disruptions such as COVID-19, remote work has shifted traditional workplace structures toward more flexible and decentralized models. This study examines the impact of remote work on employee productivity, organizational performance, and managerial practices. how remote work influences productivity through factors such as flexibility, autonomy, work-life balance, and reduced commuting time. While many employees experience increased efficiency and job satisfaction, challenges such as communication barriers, isolation, and difficulties in collaboration may negatively affect performance. productivity outcomes vary depending on job roles, organizational support, and individual work preferences. analyzes changes in management styles necessitated by remote work environments. Traditional supervision-based approaches are being replaced by trust-based and results-oriented management practices. Managers are required to adopt new strategies, including digital communication, performance monitoring through outcomes rather than processes, and fostering virtual team collaboration.
